Youth Group

“Youth Group is a way for all of us to get together and to share our Catholic faith.”

St. Joseph Youth Group is made up of High School students in Grades 9-12  who follow the  Mission statement of our Parish.   Under the Spiritual guidance of Father Israel Rivera, our Parochial Vicar, and the direction  of Mrs. Kimberlee Donahue, our Director of Religious Education, and our dedicated volunteers  we are a vibrant part of our parish.

We serve our parish with faith, action and fellowship.

We explore our faith to better understand our roles as servants of God.

One body One Christ.   (1 Corinthians 12:12-14)

Creator God,

At Baptism, we accepted the call to follow Jesus.
Be with us as we move along on our faith journey.
Send us your Holy Spirit, that we might have wisdom  for the journey.
Help us to develop and share our gifts as good stewards,
that we may use them in love and service in your Kingdom.

We ask this through Christ, our Lord.

Amen.

A group of students in Bristol have decided to give up their cell phones and meals for a day to see what it is like to walk in someone’s shoes who is much less fortunate.  This is OUR Youth Group from St. Joseph Church.  Read the whole story here on WTNH.comClick Here to see more photos in our Parish Photo Album.
